Hi, I'm Alice and I've always had a camera in my hands.
It started young, experimenting with light, observing people, teaching myself to see. I gravitated toward photographing others partly because I was always the one behind the lens, never in front of it. I knew what it felt like to be uncomfortable in a photo. I wanted to change that for the people I worked with.
What made me fall in love with photography was the effect my photographs had on the people in them. Seeing someone look at an image of themselves and feel joy, recognition, confidence, and sometimes even surprise at their own beauty. That never got old. It still doesn't.
I studied Communication Design at Politecnico di Milano and specialised in Visual Communication and Iconic Research at HGK Basel. I've also taught photojournalism, which deepened my belief that every image should carry a story worth telling.
Photography has stayed with me through every chapter of my life, always bringing me back. I'm drawn to light, to honest moments, to the beauty that lives in ordinary days. My job is to show you what I see when I look at you and the people you love.
I'm based in Zurich and work across Switzerland.
